As the Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, focusing on expanding the brandâs footprint in the region. You will collaborate closely with internal logistics operations and pricing teams to engineer competitive, tailored supply chain solutions for enterprise clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and acquire high-value business opportunities within the freight forwarding and global logistics sectors.
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from initial cold outreach and solution pitching to negotiation and contract finalization.
- Partner with key pricing and operational teams to develop competitive, comprehensive logistics and customs clearance proposals.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with newly onboarded and existing enterprise clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Leverage industry insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to position our services effectively, with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector.
- Deliver precise pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and market updates to senior leadership regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of solid business development or sales experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong existing network and proven track record of securing contracts within the Oil & Gas vertical are highly advantageous.
- Deep comprehension of international shipping, global trade, customs clearance, and multi-modal logistics operations.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value service level agreements (SLAs) with executive-level decision-makers.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Self-driven, resilient, and highly target-oriented with a proactive approach to market expansion.
