Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the logistics industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
