Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for the beauty industry? Dreamlab Kosmetik, a leading player in cosmetic contract manufacturing (maklon), is looking for a dynamic Business Development (B2B) specialist to drive our market expansion in Surabaya and surrounding regions.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities and brands looking to launch their own cosmetic lines. You will consult with entrepreneurs, provide solutions for product development, and manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle. If you have a proven track record in networking, negotiation, and closing complex deals, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect potential clients for cosmetic contract manufacturing (maklon).
  • Consult with new brands regarding product formulation, packaging, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare professional presentations, product samples, and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and manufacturing timelines to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends in the beauty industry.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and Production teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development.
  • Prior experience in the cosmetic, beauty, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of maklon (contract manufacturing) processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
