Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the Marine, Lubricants, and Industrial sectors across the APAC region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and market share goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven business development and sales experience, specifically within the Marine, Lubricants, or Industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing regional customer bases.
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions relevant to the marine and industrial applications.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and business development activities.
