Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for marine engine spare parts within the Singaporean and regional markets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with vessel owners, ship managers, and oil & gas offshore operators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical superintendents and procurement managers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and technical consultation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and price fluctuations to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and activity analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry, specifically dealing with engine spare parts.
- Strong technical understanding of marine engine components and auxiliary equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Established network of contacts within the local and regional maritime sector is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
