Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share for maritime simulation solutions in the Philippines
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities with maritime industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including shipping companies, maritime academies, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape
- Track sales pipeline and deliver on quarterly revenue targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within maritime/tech industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in complex B2B environments
- Strong understanding of maritime operations, safety regulations, and training requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives
