Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new advertising partners.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and cold outreach to closing contracts.
- Consult with potential clients to understand their marketing objectives and offer tailored outdoor and digital media solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the advertising industry.
- Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, media agency, or advertising sales.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian media landscape, including OOH and digital advertising trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive mindset with a proven ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and general digital literacy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving media technologies.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client meetings within Kuala Lumpur.
