As a Business Development representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's market footprint. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing high-value partnerships, and delivering integrated advertising solutions that drive results for our clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new advertising partners.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and cold outreach to closing contracts.
  • Consult with potential clients to understand their marketing objectives and offer tailored outdoor and digital media solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the advertising industry.
  • Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, media agency, or advertising sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian media landscape, including OOH and digital advertising trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive mindset with a proven ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and general digital literacy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving media technologies.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client meetings within Kuala Lumpur.
