Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will utilize FCM’s robust global network to connect with high-value corporate clients and industry partners.
Your role will go beyond simple sales; you will act as a consultant, providing tailored solutions that drive client satisfaction and business growth. You will be tasked with identifying emerging market trends, developing comprehensive sales strategies, and executing plans that exceed revenue targets. By fostering long-term relationships and negotiating complex contracts, you will play a crucial part in expanding FCM’s footprint in the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new MICE clients in the Malaysian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and event planners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations and marketing to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent FCM Travel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the MICE or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian corporate landscape and MICE market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and target achievement.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
