As a Business Development Manager, you will develop and implement strategic initiatives to capture new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences, ensuring that our clients’ objectives are met with innovative and creative solutions.
Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the proposal process. - Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share in the MICE sector.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive networking and client engagement.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized event solutions for clients.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the MICE or events industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the MICE industry and event management processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
