Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Victaulic's market share in the Mining sector across Indonesia.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with technical sales and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for mining operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and commercial terms to potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, agents, and end-users in the mining industry.
- Monitor industry trends and advise the management team on potential risks and growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial piping systems, gaskets, and Victaulic products is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
