Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Capgemini's MuleSoft portfolio in the assigned territory
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Present Capgemini's MuleSoft solutions and value propositions to potential clients
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights to refine sales approaches
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in IT consulting or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in enterprise sales environments
- Strong understanding of MuleSoft integration technologies and digital transformation trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global organization
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and local language (Tagalog) required
