Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market opportunities and product categories for Leslie Corporation, conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to successfully launch and grow new product lines, aligning with overall corporate objectives.
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances with key stakeholders, suppliers, and distributors to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support long-term business growth and profitability.
- Define and achieve aggressive revenue and market share targets for new categories, continuously monitoring performance and adapting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing market penetration.
- Prepare and present detailed business cases, market forecasts, and performance reports to senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Business Development, with a strong focus on new market entry or new product category development, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and business development targets, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
