- Identify and evaluate potential overseas markets for business expansion
- Develop and implement comprehensive market entry strategies
- Source, recruit, and onboard local distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in international markets
- Create and manage sales channels to maximize market penetration
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets in assigned regions
- Monitor channel performance and implement improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or channel management
- Proven track record of successfully expanding into new markets
- Strong network of contacts in international business communities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language
- Experience in contract negotiation and management
