You will work closely with stakeholders in the industrial and commercial sectors to provide customized energy solutions that reduce costs and carbon footprints. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the renewable energy market, specifically focusing on solar, wind, and BESS projects.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, industrial clients, and government agencies.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and proposal generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct site visits and technical feasibility assessments in coordination with our engineering team to provide tailored energy solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Philippine energy landscape to refine business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or technical sales, preferably within the energy or power sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of renewable energy systems (Solar PV, BESS, Wind).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
