We are looking for a visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our B2B studio vertical at Eklipse. This is a unique Zero-to-One opportunity where you will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, executing high-impact outreach, and closing high-value deals with creators and brands. You will manage end-to-end creator marketing campaigns, driving significant revenue growth in the Indonesian market. As the business scales, you will eventually lead and mentor a growing team of business development professionals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute the comprehensive GTM strategy for the new B2B studio vertical.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to identify and qualify potential creator partners.
- Lead product pitch sessions and negotiate contracts to secure B2B deals.
- Oversee creator marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI and brand alignment.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Lead, train, and mentor the future Business Development team as the department scales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS or Creator Economy space.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian digital creator landscape and marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience in managing creator marketing campaigns is a strong plus.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and scale operations.
