Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive market penetration strategies for SaaS solutions across Malaysia.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and lead qualification.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with enterprise clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine our value proposition based on real-time client feedback.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to track growth metrics against company objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or software solution selling.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian software market and current digital transformation trends.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales automation tools.
