- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the networking solutions market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Promote and sell TP-Link's networking products including Switches, Wireless Access Points, Routers, CCTV systems, GPON solutions, and Gateway technologies
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development and sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of networking products and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
