- Develop and execute comprehensive sales channel strategies to drive nationwide customer acquisition.
- Identify, qualify, and secure strategic partnerships that align with corporate growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of sales channel partnerships, from initial outreach to ongoing performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial products.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing actionable insights for growth.
- Conduct regular training and support for sales channel partners to maximize productivity and ensure compliance.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
