Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the technology and engineering sectors to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to proposal development and final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our services.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and market insight reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the technology or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and business development targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English and Filipino.
