Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the SEA region to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and high-value accounts.
  • Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to C-level executives.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of successful business development or sales experience, specifically within the SEA region.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the economic, cultural, and political landscape of Southeast Asian markets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Fluency in an additional regional language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Thai) is highly desirable.
  • Extensive network of contacts and relationships within the industry across SEA.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
