Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the SEA region to grow our corporate travel portfolio.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to final contract negotiation.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for C-suite executives and procurement leaders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, industry events, and market research.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
- Stay abreast of travel industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes in the SEA market.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of 3-5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within Travel Management, SaaS, or Corporate Services.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian business landscape and corporate travel requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
