- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for F&B manufacturers across SEA markets
- Identify, qualify, and engage new B2B clients in mechanical systems solutions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in F&B manufacturing
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Drive sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions for client-specific needs
- Track KPIs and report on pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, and market penetration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in F&B manufacturing or mechanical systems
- Proven track record in SEA market penetration with regional travel required
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Expertise in CRM platforms and sales automation tools
