Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Selangor region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Present proposals and financial reports to management to track performance and ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Knowledge of the technology or industrial sector is highly preferred.
