Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand the company's market share.
  • Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential customers to generate high-quality leads.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to retain existing customers and encourage upselling of additional services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to refine sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
