Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing and transport sectors to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Lead negotiations on complex contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Logistics/Supply Chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract logistics, warehousing, and freight forwarding operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
