- Lead the end-to-end site selection process for new Abenson retail outlets.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and demographic analysis to identify prime locations.
- Negotiate favorable commercial lease terms and real estate acquisition deals.
- Collaborate with construction and operations teams to ensure site readiness.
- Analyze sales performance data to validate and refine expansion strategies.
- Develop strategic expansion plans aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and local government units.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site selection or real estate development.
- Proven track record in negotiating commercial lease agreements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
