  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain SME clients.

  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client business needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with SME owners and decision-makers to ensure high retention.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine service offerings based on market feedback.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably within the SME sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore SME market landscape and business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
