In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building long-term relationships with key SME stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain SME clients.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client business needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with SME owners and decision-makers to ensure high retention.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine service offerings based on market feedback.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably within the SME sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore SME market landscape and business challenges.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
