Are you an experienced sales professional in the medical device sector with a passion for driving growth? Adecco is currently seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to spearhead the Urology and Endoscopy division in Indonesia. This is a strategic role focused on expanding our market footprint, cultivating key relationships with healthcare providers, and delivering innovative surgical solutions.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be the face of our specialized medical solutions, working closely with hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to improve patient outcomes through state-of-the-art endoscopy and urology technology. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy, conducting competitive analysis, and leading high-impact product launches across the Indonesian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Urology and Endoscopy product lines.
- Identify, nurture, and secure partnerships with key hospitals, private practices, and government health institutions.
- Provide clinical support and product demonstrations to surgeons, nurses, and hospital procurement teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the Indonesian medical device industry.
- Organize and participate in medical workshops, seminars, and trade exhibitions to strengthen brand presence.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and clinical presentation to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless logistics, stock management, and technical support for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare/business field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in medical device sales, specifically within Urology or Endoscopy.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and managing large-scale healthcare accounts.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian medical landscape, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and medical professionals.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective communication with cross-functional teams and international partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward market expansion.
