Are you a high-performing sales professional with deep expertise in the Oil & Gas sector? One of the largest and most prestigious manufacturers of Wellhead and Christmas Tree systems in the APAC region is looking for a strategic Business Development Manager to lead their expansion efforts across Southeast Asia (SEA). This role is designed for a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and regional market needs.

As a key member of the regional sales team based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, nurturing relationships with major upstream operators, and positioning our client's cutting-edge technical solutions at the forefront of the industry. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to capture new market share for wellhead and Christmas tree systems across the SEA region.
  • Lead high-level technical and commercial negotiations with major E&P operators and National Oil Companies (NOCs).
  • Manage the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring all bids are competitive, technically compliant, and submitted on schedule.
  • Maintain and expand a robust pipeline of opportunities by leveraging industry networks and proactive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the technical engineering team to provide customized equipment solutions for challenging drilling environments.
  • Provide detailed market intelligence and sales forecasting to the regional leadership team to guide production and investment.
  • Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and manage long-term account relationships to secure repeat business and service contracts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of Wellhead systems, Christmas Trees, and pressure control equipment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales targets.
  • Existing network of contacts within major regional operators such as PETRONAS, PTTEP, Shell, or Mubadala Energy.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and project site visits.
