- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the food industry across Indonesia
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations in both English and Mandarin
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Angel Yeast products and solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong understanding of the food industry and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
