Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans and marketing campaigns to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Identify, approach, and cultivate strategic partnerships and business relationships.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media and content marketing.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials align with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or marketing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
