- Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting Microsoft ecosystem partners
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with Microsoft executives and technical teams
- Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams through competitive analysis
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements ensuring mutual value and alignment
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure solutions meet partner requirements
- Track KPIs and generate regular reports on alliance performance and pipeline growth
- Represent Cloudstaff at industry events and Microsoft partner conferences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development or alliance management
- Proven track record with Microsoft partnerships or cloud service alliances
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles and enterprise-level negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Microsoft Partner Network (preferred)
- Experience working in remote/distributed teams
