As a Business Development Officer, you will be the face of the company, responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new accounts and nurturing our existing portfolio. You will work closely with the technical and management teams to deliver bespoke power solutions that meet the complex needs of our industrial and commercial clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Prepare comprehensive business proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations in alignment with company pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customized solutions meet specific client requirements and project deadlines.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for strategic business planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions within the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales, preferably in a technical or industrial industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex B2B deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Must be willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces for client meetings.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is a significant advantage.
