- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Triton Paints' market presence in Zamboanga City and surrounding regions
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with contractors, builders, retailers, and key decision-makers
- Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover emerging opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Design and implement targeted promotional campaigns for paint solutions and product innovations
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and market share goals
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Monitor market activities and competitor strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Generate detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the paint industry, construction sector, or building materials
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in teams
