We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly motivated and independent Business Development Officer to join our team. This remote-based role covers the Klang Valley region, offering flexibility and the opportunity to drive meaningful growth. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to our strategic expansion.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the management team to develop effective business strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Klang Valley region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance and market feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the Klang Valley market is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
