- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the Surabaya region.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate company products and solutions to potential buyers effectively to drive sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production and marketing, to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the paint, coating, or industrial manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in the field.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
