Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate accounts to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential leads, and new market segments.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize customer acquisition.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to meet client needs and close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Track sales performance metrics, report on progress, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the technology or trading industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools is a plus.
