- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their insurance needs
- Present and explain insurance products and services to prospective clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
