Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads to expand our company’s market share.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management.
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and workshops to elevate brand visibility.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to close profitable deals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet monthly KPIs.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
