Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients to expand the company’s market share.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present tailored insurance solutions to clients, ensuring they fully understand their options.
  • Collaborate closely with the underwriting and claims team to ensure seamless client service.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or insurance sales.
