- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to drive long-term partnerships
- Present and sell comprehensive IT solutions including managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity offerings
- Conduct needs analysis and propose tailored solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions/services sector
- Proven track record in solution selling and enterprise account management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Target-driven mindset with consistent achievement of sales KPIs
