Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients within the construction, logistics, and hauling sectors.
- Conduct field sales visits and represent the company at industry events and client offices.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and service contracts.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to conduct regular fieldwork within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software or willingness to learn.
