Bricolage Group Of Companies is a growing enterprise in the Philippines, proudly partnering with leading retail brands including MR.DIY. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer for Mindanao to drive strategic growth and expand our market presence across the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing sales strategies that align with our company objectives. You will work closely with the regional sales team to ensure the successful rollout of MR.DIY stores and other initiatives, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential sites for expansion within Mindanao.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, local authorities, and key partners to facilitate business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights for product positioning and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the regional team to ensure smooth launch and ongoing operations of new stores.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community activities to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or retail management.
- Strong network within the Mindanao region is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Selfâmotivated, goalâoriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
