Bricolage Group of Companies is seeking a high-energy Business Development Officer to drive expansion and operational excellence across the Visayas region. As we continue to scale the presence of MR.DIY, we are looking for a strategic thinker who can identify untapped market opportunities, cultivate strong local partnerships, and ensure our brand remains the household name for home improvement and value-driven retail.
In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our expansion efforts in Negros Occidental and beyond. You will analyze regional market trends, oversee site feasibility studies, and spearhead the acquisition and development of new store locations. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential store locations within the Visayas region to support brand expansion.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to optimize business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and local government units to facilitate lease negotiations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and growth initiatives to meet regional KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure new site readiness.
- Prepare regular progress reports and revenue projections for management review.
- Represent Bricolage Group of Companies at local business events and networking forums.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, retail expansion, or sales management.
- Deep knowledge of the Visayas market landscape, specifically within Negros Occidental.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region for site visits and meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
