Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Klang Valley area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Promote CTOS’s suite of risk management and credit reporting solutions to enterprise and SME clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of CTOS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the FinTech, banking, or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a field sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own transport for travel within the Klang Valley.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
