Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with landlords and mall management teams
- Oversee administration and renewal of lease contracts across all store locations
- Conduct site sourcing, feasibility studies, and location evaluation for new stores
- Negotiate lease terms, incentives, and operational concessions
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for store opening timelines
- Prepare comprehensive reports on lease performance and market analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in commercial leasing, property management, or retail development
- Proven experience in landlord/mall negotiations and contract administration
- Strong analytical skills for site evaluation and market research
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Metro Manila commercial real estate landscape
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
