- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients within the competitive payment services sector.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate high-value prospects and strategic partners to expand the bank's market reach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account holders to ensure retention and drive upselling opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business gaps.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts to close deals that align with company revenue targets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to align sales efforts.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable market insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the banking or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, banking products, and financial regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies is highly desirable.
