Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry? Global Chemindo Megatrading is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team in Pulogadung. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying market trends and introducing high-potential pharmaceutical ingredients to our expanding client base.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between market demand and product supply. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio, fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the Indonesian pharmaceutical market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive market development plans for new pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities with high market potential through continuous market research.
- Design and propose innovative product concepts that align with current industry trends.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to offer new products to key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market price trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with internal procurement and technical teams to ensure seamless product rollouts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Product Management within the Pharma or Chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical ingredients, raw materials, and market regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven track record in identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
