In this role, you will be the face of our brand, fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders and driving market growth across Tacloban City and surrounding areas.
As a Business Development Officer, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint by engaging with architects, engineers, contractors, and institutional buyers. You will provide technical expertise on our premium paint solutions, ensuring that our products are the first choice for major infrastructure and residential projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, architects, and engineering firms.
- Conduct professional product presentations to professional institutions and private developers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders in Region 8.
- Provide expert technical advice on paint application and product selection for specific project requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, project pipelines, and activity logs to management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local dialects.
- Strong network within the construction industry in Tacloban/Leyte is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently within Region 8 to meet clients and visit project sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
