Its mission is to make financial services accessible and affordable to everyone. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Operations Specialist to join our SPayLater team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales and merchant acquisition efforts. You will be the bridge between our sales teams and operational processes, ensuring that our digital lending solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively to our partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Business Development team in executing sales strategies and operational workflows.
- Assist in onboarding new merchant partners for the SPayLater platform.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital payments or e-commerce is a plus.
